Returns
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Returns should be sent via courier/postal service with full tracking details.
We recommend myhermes.co.uk (less than 2kg option for single items) If we are refunding the returns cost we will only refund the myhermes.co.uk less than 2kg amount. This will then be added to your refund amount. We will only pay the return cost if the goods were damaged by the courier or we have made a mistake with your order.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded unless your goods were damaged in transit or we have made a mistake with your order, and this needs to be the return reason stated on the original returns request.Please return with any accessories (as supplied) and in the original packaging. This includes the internal packaging (Protective bag etc)
If you are returning a box please ensure that it is folded the same as it was delivered.Please include your order number, name and address with your returns.
